I1rm Terms and Conditions – User Rights and Platform Responsibilities

1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to i1rm. This Terms and Conditions document is a binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and i1rm ("we", "Platform", or "company") regarding your use of the website, mobile app, and all services we provide through the i1rm.bio domain.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the i1rm platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform.

I1rm reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on the website. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Each i1rm account is linked to a single individual only. Sharing accounts, transferring account ownership, or allowing others to use your account is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

4 Deposits & Fund Withdrawals

I1rm supports a variety of deposit and withdrawal methods popular among Malaysia users, including online banking (FPX), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and credit/debit cards. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposit Policy:

• Any suspicious activity on your account must be reported to the i1rm support team immediately.
• I1rm uses 256-bit SSL encryption for all data communication between your browser and our servers.
• Our automated fraud detection system continuously monitors all transactions to identify and prevent unauthorized activity.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

I1rm reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time where there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to:

• Violation of any terms in this document.
• Identity fraud or providing false information during registration or KYC.
• Suspected activity involving money laundering or financing of illegal activities.
• Systematic abuse of bonuses or promotions.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward support staff or other users.

You may close your account at any time by contacting the i1rm support team. Eligible funds will be returned to you once all required verifications are complete, subject to no outstanding issues.

10 Responsible Gaming

12 Changes to Terms & Applicable Law

I1rm reserves the right to modify, update, or add to any section of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to members via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect, unless the change is immediately required for legal or security reasons.

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where i1rm is registered and operates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation between both parties may be referred to arbitration or an appropriate dispute resolution forum.

The Bahasa Melayu version of these Terms and Conditions is the binding version for users in Malaysia. In the event of any discrepancy between language versions, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail.
